Swiss Enlargement Contribution

Switzerland has concluded a bilateral framework agreement with Malta. Switzerland decides in consultation with Malta and independently of the EU which projects it will support.

Switzerland uses its enlargement contribution to help train diplomats in the Mediterranean and enable all Maltese citizens to access modern cancer diagnostic services.

Switzerland supports three projects in Malta with its EU enlargement contribution.
